Presort Services for your business or organization CC Mailing Services provides presorting services for profit and non-profit companies and organizations as well as commercial mailers and printers. We provide presorting services for First Class, Std A, bound printed matter and periodical mailings. For the company or organization which has the ability and desire to utilize their employees or volunteers, we presort your list and then provide you with postal documentation, address labels or label file, plus a "How To" sheet with detailed information for completing the mailing from start to finish. In addition to these instructions, we are available by phone or email to answer any questions you may have about your mailing. If your company or organization is new to mailing and presorting, the Postal Service has a publication entitled Business Mail 101 which is available online and is an excellent tool to help you understand the basics of mailing. For the commercial mailing company, we provide postal documentation in pdf format with the inkjet file in the format requested or we can provide mail.dat files. Our presort services can be a solution for vacation schedules, unexpected work flow or for processing periodical and/or bound printed matter mailings if your company does not have those options.
